Pseudo-Insomnia

menjadi daysleeper setelah bersengkang mata berjaga pada malam hari adalah rutin biase gua sepanjang cuti semester.bole dikatakan tiap2 semester rutin ni berulang-ulang.berjaga malam dengan surf internet memang buatkan diri lupe dengan masa tido.so, waktu siang adalah revenge terbaik untuk cover balik masa tido yang telah dikorbankan.kadang2 ada jugak rase bersalah dalam diri sendiri lebih2 lg bile terkenang quote orang2 tua atau mak2 yang selalu terjerit2 'bangun lewat, mane rezeki nak masuk !' ceh !

insomnia - biase dikaitkan dengan orang yang susah nak tido malam.individu yang menghidap insomnia, dia susah tido even rase mengantok atau dah bersusah payah pakse diri untuk tido.tapi beza dengan situasi gua.gua tak ada masalah nak tido malam.letak la kepale ni atas bantal atau just beralaskan lengan,memang boleh nyenyak tido lebih2 lagi bile dah ngantok teramat.masalah gua tak tido malam sebab leka surf internet malam2 sampai gua abaikan masa malam yang sepatutnya digunakan untuk tido bukan sebab gua ni individu menghidap insomnia yang tulen.so kire gua ni pseudo-insomnia la.boleh macam tu?
